Temple Pershing Mining Company (“TPMC“, or “Company”) prepare to issue latest proposal, as part of the company‘s determination to secure an acquisition agreement for Lindsey Oil Refinery (“LOR”).

For over 4 months, TPMC has attempted to negotiate an acquisition of this key UK site. The company has since expressed disappointment on hearing that 124 members of LOR’s UK staff were retrenched in October 2025. Temple Pershing Mining Company revolutionise exploration projects using Doppler SAR Technology

TPMC have been working with an experienced geospacial engineering company throughout 2025 , exploring advanced radar - based earth observation. The technology f ocus es o n processing satellite SAR data to extract deep structural information using Doppler signal analysis and tomographic reconstruction. Already validated on environments such as archaeological sites, industrial facilities and infrastructure networks , TPMC plan to utilize the system to deliver high resolution sub surface insights through remote non-invasive sensing, integrating it into existing exploration protocols. Temple Pershing Mining Company continue negotiations in relation to the takeover of a significant Gold Resource

TPMC have been in talks with the board of Goldrich Mining,  in relation to the acquisition of a significant gold resource. Located in a hostile weather location, for over 40 years  the project has produced vast amounts of Gold.  In early 2025, TPMC carried out in depth analysis which included assessing the remaining gold reserves. Temple Pershing Petroleum agree framework for Botswana oil supply

Temple Pershing Petroleum have recently agreed the framework for a 5 year supply contract of oil to Botswana. As a country Botswana has a high demand for oil and is a nation that Temple Pershing Group has established relationships spanning many years. Temple Pershing Mining Company progress towards completing the acquisition of $800m Gold Resource Project

Having revived negotiations in regard to the acquisition of an established gold mine in Alaska TPMC have advanced rapidly in recent weeks with the submission of an MOU setting forth a structure agreed by all parties. Together with the team at Temple Pershings funding arm of the group they have put in place an off take for in ground assets together with a funding line to enable this project to commence operations and modernise equipment to upscale production. Located in a particularly harsh area of weather conditions and with $800m of gold confirmed in ground a specialist team will be on site to ensure a smooth programme of restart is enabled. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE London, October 30th 2025 Temple Pershing Mining Company (“TPMC”) and their Middle Eastern partners raise frustrations with local MP and a Member of the House of Lords Further to an expression of interest (the “EOI”) made to the Administrators of Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery (“PRAX” or “Refinery”), Temple Pershing Mining Company, has reached out to Baroness Rachel Maclean, a member of the House of Lords, and local Lincolnshire MP Martin Vickers, to express concerns regarding lack of progress following TPMC’s EOI submitted in regards to advancing talks to purchase the refinery.
