The team at Temple Pershing Mining Company have been working with worldclass designers of an innovative concept that they believe will revolutionise their lives of locals in the companies Mining locations. The whole village is built off site and includes residential units with kitchens bedrooms and bathrooms, shop, school, and a health centre. Originally intended for use as mining workers accommodation the concept has been adapted and improved to create a high standard of living with all facilties. Due to the nature of the design the village can be delivered to site and erected by a specialist team within a short space of time. Already a proven concept where it has worked incredibly well at a site in Rwanda Temple Pershing Mining Company plan to incorporate the villages into all new projects where possible.
The company is renowned for their input into local infrastructure and community and humanitarian projects and this will be a huge contribution to many lives directly and indirectly associated to their Mining projects, and when the project ends the villages will remain as a legacy from the company for hopefully many years.
