Temple Pershing Mining Company Enter Advance Negotiations for $500m Montana Mining Project Acquisition

Temple Pershing Mining Company (“TPMC” or the “Company”) confirms it 
submitted a formal offer to Goldcorp the current owners of a mining project located in Montana USA. This submission was made following several months of assessment and negotiations in relation to the site which is rich in gold and the company are now in advanced negotiations. With a document $500 Million of in ground assets Temple Pershing Mining intends to progress to exchange of contracts within 3 months.

Temple Pershing Mining Company acquire latest gold mine project

Temple Pershing Mining Company have completed several months of survey, feasibility and negotiations on the ground to successfully acquire their latest mining project. Located in an area situated in the Mogtedo Region of Burkina Faso 100km south east of the capital city renowned for its rich geological formations.
