Temple Pershing Mining Company continue feasibility studies of Kwango.

Temple Pershing Mining Company continue to carry out feasibility studies on the Province of Kwango in Demorcratic Republic of Congo. Bordering Angola, lying on the Kwango River, a main tributary of the Kasai River the province is one of the most primitive locations within the DRC. An invitation was extended by the Governor of the province in 2024 to the CEO and Chairman of TPMC to explore the potential of possible mineral sites. TPMC continue to work with the team at sister company Temple Pershing Infrastructure on a province wide project of a scale never seen before in the country.

Temple Pershing Mining Company and their Middle Eastern partners enter Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery dialogue

Senior managing director of Teneo Mr Matt Roe contacted Temple Pershing legal representatives Preiskel & Co and acknowledged receipt of TPMCs formal expression of interest and introduced Phil Merigot and Sam Ballinger of FTI Consulting the special managers for further discussion. TPMC and their Middle Eastern partners, through their legal team Preiskel & Co are now liaising directly with the relevant parties being the special managers for the negotiations in regards to the acquisition of the Prax refinery. This submission is a very positive step forward for the development of meaningful dialogue on behalf of TPMC and their oil and gas dynasty partners, who are one of the world's largest oil producers. Following a recent visit by Temple Pershing Mining Company overseas envoy Luis De Vierna the Governor of Kwango Willy Bitwisila has official invited the companies CEO and Chairman to the province to further discuss plans for a nation wide project that has been in preparation and concept stages for the last 12 months. The proposed project will be significant, providing long term employment and enhancing the lives of local people with large-scale infrastructure projects incorporating mining projects, commodities hub, health centres, educational facilities, villages and solar energy generation.
