Temple Pershing Mining Company commence the exploration of a Cobalt project

Cobalt has been used in products for 100s of years such as pigments for pottery, paints and glass. Most recently a necessity in Lithium Ion and other types of batteries especially important for the production of electric vehicles. It is used in a wide range of products including magnets, cutting tools and alloys for the energy and defense sectors. Democratic Republic of Congo is rich in Cobalt reserves and Temple Pershing Mining Company have commenced exploration of a project to confirm feasibility. The DRC has the largest reserves of Cobalt in the world with 6 Million Tonnes, contributing to the countries position as the world's richest in terms of natural resource wealth estimated at an untapped 24 Trillion $ worth.
