Africa Envoy to Temple Pershing Mining Company advances negotiations with Kwango

Temple Pershing Mining Company envoy Luis De Vierna arrived in Kwango province last week to continue discussions with local governement in relation to a multi industry project between the mining company, local governement and Africana Group.  Kwango has long been known for its high concentration of diamonds in the tributary of the Kasai River.
